Meet Our Founder
“After spending over 25 years in the industry, I recognized a need for better healthcare recruitment practices. Through firsthand experience, I became aware of the flaws and shortcomings of the existing system, and was motivated to create a more efficient and effective process for clients, candidates, and recruiters alike. By identifying outdated strategies and office politics, I set out to explore how to modernize healthcare staffing. This ultimately led to the founding of HTS, which is dedicated to providing contemporary and fulfilling solutions for healthcare staffing.”
Our office is entirely remote and was initially established in Dallas, TX. We are now headquartered in Oklahoma City, but our services are available across the United States.
